Sinclair Baseball Drops Two At Walters State

Paul Wilson did all he could to give the Tartan Pride a boost, but it wasn't enough to get past Walters State, as Sinclair lost 6-5 in seven innings at Morristown, TN on Sunday.
Wilson racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Pride. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.
Zach Walton got the win for Walters State. He pitched two shutout innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Matt Sullivan went 2-2 at the plate, but Sinclair fell 14-6 in the second game on Sunday.
Sullivan homered in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning. Jon Lowe also had a big game knocking in four and homering in the 2nd to give the Pride the early lead.
With the score tied at six in the bottom of the 5th the Senators took advantage of two Tartan errors and scored eight unearned runs with two outs, putting the game away.
Corey Greeson got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He tossed two innings of shutout ball. Greeson struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.
