Edison's Brunswick Named OCCAC Player of the Week

Piqua, OH---Kendra Brunswick, a sophomore guard for Edison Community College, has been named the OCCAC Player of the Week.
In a 95-86 loss to Sinclair Community College last Wednesday, Brunswick had 29 points, three assists, four rebounds and one steal.
Then, in an 89-82 upset of the conference's first place team, Columbus State, she had 21 points, 10 rebounds, nine assists and two steals.
In two games, Brunswick averaged 25 points, seven rebounds, six assists and 1.5 steals per game. She finished 14-for-30 overall from the field, 4-for-9 from 3-point range and 18-for-27 from the foul line.
She is the third women's award winner this season and the first from Edison.
On the men's side, Cuyahoga's Josh Reagan took home player of the week honors. He led the Challengers to a road win over Cincinnati State with 39 points, 16 rebounds and six assists. He is one of the nation's top scorers.
