Miller Named OCCAC Men's Soccer POY As Postseason Awards Are Released

Glenroy Miller of Owens Community College was named the OCCAC men's soccer player of the year as All-OCCAC awards were announced.

Owens Community College, who shared the regular season title with Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, swept the postseason individual awards. Nickyle Webber was named OCCAC Midfielder of the Year, while Juavanie Cole was named OCCAC Defensive Player of the Year. Miller was also named OCCAC Offensive Player of the Year.

Miller had nine goals and two assists in OCCAC play, while scoring 26 goals and adding four assists overall. He was the nation's second leading goal scorer in the regular season.

Webber had six goals and five assists in OCCAC play, while Cole had one goal and six assists in OCCAC play.

Owens CC head coach Art Johnson was named OCCAC Coach of the Year.
