Trio of Award Winners for Week 6

Hughes picks up the fourth OCCAC weekly honor of her career and first of 2024 while Winnen nabs her second this season. Hughes was a rebounding machine across three conference victories, racking up 47 boards for the week (15.7/game). She also contributed 37 points, five steals, two blocks and an assist as the Chargers raced out to a 4-0 start in OCCAC play. Winnen dazzled in her lone contest, knocking down 14-of-19 field goal attempts (74%) and 6-of-8 at the foul line for 34 points. As if that wasn’t enough, the sophomore Commodore added 16 rebounds, two blocks, an assist and a steal in the 75-60 triumph over Lakeland.
Sullivan put up a big time week, scoring 24 or more points in all three Titan wins and hitting at least 11 field goals in each. He averaged 31.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.7 blocks per game as Terra State rattled off three straight victories, including a pair of league play. Sullivan was successful on 36-of-60 field goals (60%), including 7-of-13 from long range (54%), and 16-of-23 (70%) at the charity stripe.
